Punctuality sets the tone for a productive session. We encourage you to log in a few minutes early to test your audio and video settings and to ensure you're ready when the session begins. This allows us to maximize our time together and dive straight into the valuable content.
Keep your camera on to foster connection. Dress appropriately and choose a non-distracting background to maintain a professional atmosphere. Mute your microphone when you're not talking to reduce background noise and distractions. Unmute when you're ready to speak. Whether your camera is on or off, please be aware of your surroundings. Choose a well-lit space where your face can be clearly seen, and ensure there are no distracting elements in your background.
Office hours are filled with leadership, strategic, and business challenges each week. To encourage creative thinking and problem-solving, we ask each participant to enthusiastically share their wins. Even if they are small that week. We set the tone with our attitude and approach.
Engage in the session by sharing your thoughts and responding to prompts. Use the chat feature to ask questions without interrupting the speaker. We want everyone to be heard and supported. We all help each other when we are open and honest about our challenges and wins.
Try to attend the session from a quiet location where you can focus without interruptions. Close unnecessary tabs, silence your phone, and let others around you know you’ll be in a meeting. A distraction-free environment will allow you to stay present and get the most out of the session.
